Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial automation and special-purpose machine projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget, while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
✔ Team Leadership – Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between design, manufacturing, and commissioning.
✔ Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
✔ Budget & Cost Control – Manage project budgets, optimize costs, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
✔ Risk Management – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
✔ Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure all projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
✔ Process Optimization – Continuously improve project management workflows for efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
✔ 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or special-purpose machines.
✔ Strong knowledge of automation systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles.
✔ Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔ Ability to handle multiple projects, tight deadlines, and cross-functional coordination.
✔ PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
