Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our automation solutions to various industries. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Generation & Business Development – Identify and engage potential clients in industries such as solar, electrical, and automotive.
✔ Client Consultation – Understand customer requirements and propose tailored automation solutions.
✔ Technical Sales Support – Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand the value of our solutions.
✔ Proposal & Quotation Management – Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
✔ Market Research & Strategy – Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
✔ Sales Target Achievement – Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation) or related field.
✔ 1-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or special-purpose machines.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
✔ Ability to work independently and travel as needed for client meetings.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics is a plus.
